She's been crying 4 minutes. I've almost finished my first drink. This is going to be a long night...Help...please...

She fell asleep after 21 minutes of crying, I had a second drink and a few tears. I've survived the first phase. The real problem has been the night wakings, though, so I'm still braced for disaster.
