Charm has dropped!!

I'm pretty sure that Charm has dropped! I feel so much lighter than I did. Getting out of bed was much easier!! And the part of my uterus up at my ribs now sounds hollow when you thump it. So I think that Charm is moving down into position! Woo hoo!!! He/she can stay there quite a while, I realize that. I just feel so much more comfortable than I did a couple of days ago, I'll take it!!

Thanks for the suggestions both through the comments here, and on my email on what to pack for the hospital. I'm going to sit down after I finish this entry and get this done. I think that instead of bringing any of my own clothes to wear at the hospital, I'll have dh grab some surgical scrubs for me. There's nothing more comfy than scrubs! That way, I'll feel more comfy, and if they get soiled, I can just dump them into the hospital laundry. Now I just need to find my scrubs to wear here once I get home!! So off to packing I go!!

I'm finally breaking down and hiring somebody to clean this place once every one or two weeks. She'll be coming by today to see the place. I just can't do it by myself. And I don't want to have to be running around trying to get everything in order for his parents to come and stay while I'm in the hospital. I'm going to let somebody else do it for a while. Assuming that they don't charge too much. I have a hard time spending that much on an apartment that we will be leaving soon.

So I'm feeling pretty good, both physically and emotionally for now. I'm finally starting to feel ready. Well, maybe not exactly ready, but at least content with the idea that this will be happening soon. And I'll take that!

So, I'm taking bets...when do you think Charm will arrive, and how big do you think he/she will be???
