Apologies, Quilts, and Appointments
Ok, I removed the link to Charm's blog. What a tease I am! But after thinking about it, I've decided that I'm too nervous about mixing the two worlds. Well, no, that's not true. I'm fine with all of my cyber-friends visiting a blog that represents the real world part of my life. I just really don't want the people that I know in the real world to find this blog. This blog contains too many very personal thoughts and feelings that I don't know that I'm ready to share with all of my aunts and cousins and such.
So, if you want to see Charm's blog, and you didn't get the link, well, send me a note, and I'll email it or get it to you another way. Sorry!!
Oh, I mentioned to a couple of people that I'd post a picture of the quilt that my mom is working on for Charm. She's not quite done, but she's making great progress!!
I had an OB appointment this morning. Everything is good. Bp is fine. The doc says that I've gained seven pounds in the last two weeks. I said that his scale is wrong! Yikes!! Can it be possible??? I've started seeing some swelling in my hands and feet at the end of the day. I've stopped wearing my rings, which makes me sad. Anyway, I go back in two weeks, and we start with pelvic exams, and then weekly visits! Holy Crap, we're in the home stretch now!!

I don't blame you for wanting to keep your private life private from those you know in the flesh... I put a lot of personal thoughts in my blog that I wouldn't want my family seeing.
The quilt your mom is making is beautiful! And dont' worry about the weight gain...it's normal toward the end to gain more. If it's water retention, you'll lose it really fast after Charm is born.
With the quick rise in weight and the swelling .. they are going to be paying alot of attention to your BP and your urine. Those two signs sometimes lead to pre-E. So watch out. If you start having bad headaches .. or visual disturbances please call your Dr.
