...are normal! So that means that little Charm has no elevated chance of having Down's or Spina Bifida! Yay!

I have to admit that I was a bit worried, and partially for good reason. I had a sister that had Down's that died as an infant. And with both of my miscarriages being determined to be cause by chromosomal abnormalities, I wondered if my chromosomes were messed up, too. So I'm glad to hear that all is well so far.

Part of me was waiting for less than good results out of fear, too. Lately I feel like I'm holding my breath waiting for someone to pull the rug out from under me. Something's going to go wrong and all of this will disappear. I really don't even think that it has fully sunk in that we are going to have a baby. I have my moments when the truth hits me, of course, but over all, I just don't see it happening. I hope that reality sets in before they tell me to push!!

But for now, it's good news...
