Ugh, I'm sore....
For as long as I can remember, I've had this problem with my neck and upper back. I tend to hold my stress there, and when it gets to be too much, it hurts terribly. Usually, I take Naproxin for a couple of days, and that breaks the pain cycle enough that it doesn't bother me much anymore. But since I'm pregnant, and limited to Tylenol, I haven't been able to do that. It's painful. I'm losing range of motion in my neck. And can't get comfortable to sleep.
So I'm having a massage this morning. Oh, I hope that he can help. I need this to stop.
And my hip hurts. I fell last night. I felt so stupid, but luckily no one was even awake to see. I was getting out of bed to use the bathroom (I thought that I shouldn't have to pee every hour once I've hit the second tri???!!!). Anyway, I always sit on the edge of the bed for a few minutes because I get very lightheaded otherwise, and I noticed that my leg was numb. But I had to pee. So once I could feel the carpet on the bottom of my foot, I figured it was ok to go. Wrong. I went to stand up, and the next thing I knew, I was on the floor. I was able to get up and make it to the bathroom, but, man, I'm sore.
Sorry this post is such a whiner, and that I haven't had many engaging posts lately. But My body hurts, and my mind just can't generally think straight these days. A friend of mine has a theory that the stupid-er you become during pregnancy, the smarter the baby will be. Well, I think that I'm working on a genius, here! This little one is sucking every brain cell right out of me!

I'm sorry you're so sore! Have you ever seen a doctor about the neck and back pain? That sounds really bad.
Sorry about the fall, too. RLC's momma better be more careful...better off wearing Depends to bed than falling trying to get to the toilet. LOL!!
Enjoy the massage!!
We should make a "no falling" pact. I stood up the other day and thought we had a power outage, but the only black out was in my head. Ugh.
I'm so sorry you're sore and icky feeling. I'll be thinking of you.
Well I can certainly relate to the upper back and neck pain problem. That's where I hold my stress too... I've been going to the chiropractor and massage for years and years now. The only real cure is a holiday!
Hope you feel better!
Jackie
I so feel your pain. Lately if I stand up too quick I see stars and little flashes of light all over my field of vision. It makes me light headed too. I am just waiting to fall over one of these days.
