Butterflies?
Ok, so I'm feeling this fluttering or purring feeling in my lower abdomen/lower back area. It's not all the time. I noticed it for the first time last night as I lay quietly in bed. It went away after a while, but I'm experiencing it again now. Could this be the baby that I'm feeling?! It's sort of a weird feeling. I guess that I won't know for sure until I'm further along, as I have no idea what this should feel like.
So, for those of you who have been through this before, leave me a comment and describe how it feels. Oh, this is exciting!!

Well, as you know, I don't have any experience with this either, but that IS SO exciting!!!!!!!!!! I love the belly pick, too. Look at RLC growing, and making you grow! Yay!!!!!!!!!! ((((hugs))))
Oh, and I love your blog's new look, too! :)
Christine - you redecorated your house! Love it!!
As far as what you are feeling, it has been almost 14 years since I had those same feelings but it sounds to me you maybe starting to feel the baby! It is hard to describe, it is one you need to experience & then you will never forget it. Fluttering is a good word. Yeah!! Just what those little leg & arm bones will grow & those flutters turn into punches & kicks. Ouch!! But oh what a feeling!
Sounds to me like baby!! woohoo! Mine felt fluttery at first and now it feels "wiggly" I can't explain exactly and every once in awhile I'll get a poke--super cool feeling. I'm so excited for you!
Like the new look, too. =)
Congrats on feeling the little one for the first time! It must be so exciting! I'm so looking forward to that some day! Revel in it because it only lasts for so long and the next thing you know, you'll have the little one to hold in your arms. :)
Sounds like that's what it is. That's how most people describe their first movements as. With Chip his first movements that I felt it felt like I had a trapped bumble bee in my belly it was wild.
I'm so happy for you! I have no experience with that (yet), but it sure sounds like the little bean to me! So exciting for you!
