9, 10, 11, 12....
9. I am the only girl in my family. Well, sort of. I had a sister that passed away before I was born. She was 9 months old and had Down's. I was born just short of 9 months after her death. I always felt like I knew her. I don't know if we crossed paths somewhere, or if my mother just spoke so much about her, but I've always felt her with me.
10. I have two brothers, one older, one younger, although they both call me "little sis" now because I'm the shortest. It was weird being in the middle. My older brother was always very protective, and my younger brother was always very competitive. That made for some strange dynamics!
11. I have my belly-button pierced. I know, no big deal. The funny thing is, that I want to take it out, especially now that I'm pregnant, but I can't figure out how! It really can't be that difficult, can it??
12. I am a clutz. I always bang up my shins and cut my fingers. I once even shut my own head in a car door. On a date, no less. It was pretty awful! I ended up with a bruise on my cheekbone on either side of my face. I was driving my dad's 1979 Cutless Supreme 2 door. The doors on those old cars are really heavy, and I was parked on a hill. So I opened the door, started getting into the car, but was caught. The door couldn't stay open because it was uphill. Ok, I'll stop making excuses for myself! But I had such a headache!!

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. For some reason, even though I just saw the heartbeat and a healthy prawn just a few days ago, I'm still nervous. She won't be doing an u/s, just using the Doppler and taking measurements. I don't know what they are going to measure, though. I mean, I know that my uterus is starting to show, but there's not enough there to measure!!
I will try to update once I'm home if I can. We are leaving for PA tomorrow evening, so I won't be around much after that. I won't have internet access on this trip.

I'm like you, world's biggest clutz (as you can tell by yesterday). Once I hit myself in the eye with a hammer. I also recently got wedged between my bed and the wall.
Good luck at your appointment tomorrow! All will be well LRC is a fighter (and a sticker!)
Hey girl.
I don't have time to write much since I am already running late, but I just wanted to wish you much GL for today's appointment, not that you need it. All will go perfectly, I have no doubt. (Grow, RLC, grow!) I hope the trip to PA goes well, too. Good luck with it all, and I look forward to an update when you return! I'll miss your on-line presence the next few days!!
((HUGS))
Good luck at the doctor today!
I also used to have a belly button ring. I think you need the doctor to remove it for you - that's what I did anyway. Mine never fully healed, so I regretted that one!
